At Nekoto Books, we want you to love your literary-inspired fashion, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. If your purchase doesn't tell the right story, we are here to help you find the perfect fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
